Did anyone suggest having your tonsils/adenoids removed? My understanding is that opens up the airways for better breathing, and in theory, sleeping.

My sleep issues are stress/anxiety related. Once the brain kicks on it spirals on all the woulda coulda shouldas. I wear a fitness tracker and my sleep score is comical at times. I will say, the divorce brought a huge sigh of relief and I have been sleeping better (for the most part) ever since.
